How it Works... If you are a client of Charleston Flat Fee Real Estate and you buy a home that is not listed by our company, the seller of that home will compensate us with a percentage commission.  At Charleston Flat Fee Real Estate we only charge a low flat fee. We give you every dollar in excess of our low flat fee. That’s right, at closing you will be given $1,000's of dollars that can be spent any way you choose, no gimmicks!  As an example:  You purchase a $350,000 home and the seller pays us a 3% commission, or $10,500, our set fee is $6950, so you recieve $3550!

What if the home we want is listed by Charleston Flat Fee Real Estate?  Our sellers are paying our low set fee to sell their home, thus we cannot credit any amount to buyers on a Charleston Flat Fee Real Estate listing. Of course, many times our sellers are able to be more competitive or aggressive when considering offers – they are saving thousands!

Services Provided by Charleston Flat Fee Real Estate Agent/Broker:

• Agent will assist buyer in searching the Multiple Listing Service.
• Agent will provide all available information on properties that fit the Buyer’s criteria, providing detailed printouts on the properties.
• Agent will provide and/or arrange access to all available properties that interest the buyer.
• Agent will prepare the Purchase Agreement and conduct all negotiations between the Buyer and the Seller or Seller’s Agent.
• Agent will counsel Buyer on all aspects of the offer.
• Agent will assist buyer in obtaining financing, professional inspections, disclosure forms, and title through the closing process.
